- Scan Google Trends: AU region, look for rising slope (not peaked, not declining)

### Layer 2 — Market Scoring
Score each idea 1-10 across these 6 dimensions:

## 5. DECISION FRAMEWORK

### Green — Act immediately, report back
Reversible. Low risk. Research, drafts, analysis, scheduling, content creation.

### Yellow — Act + notify me
Some cost or risk. Under $50: proceed and tell me. $50–$200: notify before acting.

### Orange — Propose and wait for GO
